Administrative Assistant

  • Should be B.A., B.Com with about 2-3 years of experience of working in the same capacity and in the age group of 25-28 years, in organizations of repute.
  • Would be responsible for General Administration, Facilities Coordination, Office events coordination, managing basic office expenses, procurement of stationary & printed stationary, hospitality management, time Office & Payroll management.
  • Should have good contacts with various vendors like ticketing agencies, catering services, printers, travel agencies, housekeeping services etc.

Training Manager – Process Training

  • Should be graduates with 3 to 5 yrs of experience as a process and technical trainer
  • Should have extremely good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Should be good at Ms-Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc., use of presentation equipment
  • Experience as a process Trainer in an ITES industry would be an added advantage
  • Identifying Training needs and facilitating the same in coordination with the Business / operations
  • Assessing pre-training skill levels and post training skill levels
